Welcome. No matter the form of love, we always have it. God is my strength, through Him I can do all all things. After a year long deployment to Afghanistan, my husband is now home and this blog is our way of sharing our lives with family and friends. With this new year, we will be welcoming our first little addition come February. This is our way of minimizing the distance through pictures and tales of our new journey. We are so grateful for the love of our family and friends. LOVE LOVE

Catching Up: 1

Time has completely flown by with the wind here in SW Kansas. I have been in Kansas for three days now and have done absolutely nothing. Partially due to having the flu and the other part due to catching up on the sleep lost with the fourteen hour drive.

In addition, for the first time in my life I am no longer in school. It's not that I quit school, it's that I've graduated school! I am almost at a complete loss as to what I should do with my time. I have chosen to take this time off to come home and revisit family and refuel before the hubster arrives back home.

I think I should catch you up now that I am an unemployed (by choice) college graduate and have plenty of time on my hands. I decided in order to prevent myself from going completely insane until the day Jim comes home, I needed to come home. I have not been home in exactly one year and four days.
